Staff of Physical Planning Division, University of Benin, has celebrated the exit of their Director, Arch. Timmy Oigbochie Ikhisemojie, whose tenure comes to an end in February, 2022, after 9 years. 

A poster pasted on a wall in the school described the director as “a mischievous, heartless stone-cold tyrant”  whose tenure was allegedly characterised by impunity, backwardness, corruption, witch hunting, nepotism, physical abuse, zero staff welfare, and illegalilies.
