PDP presidential primary: What Dino Melaye did after Tambuwal stepped down for Atiku [VIDEO]

A former lawmaker representing Kogi West, Senator Dino Melaye, was seen hugging Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, after the latter stepped down for ex-Vice President, Atiku Abubakar.

Tambuwal revealed his decision at the ongoing National Convention at MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja.

He urged all his supporters and delegates to vote for Atiku.

As he walked to his seat, an excited Melaye ran to him and lifted him off the ground in joy.

Melaye also saluted Tambuwal as both men exchanged handshakes.

Former Senate President, Bukola Saraki and Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, are still in the race.
