A video of a traffic officer crying out for helping as he was being rough handled by an aggrieved cab driver has gone viral.

In the video, the driver was angry that the traffic officer had seized his car keys for apparently committing a traffic offense. The driver struggled with the traffic officer as he demanded that his key be given back to him. Both men struggled until the officer fell on the floor and began shouting for help from passersby who in the video, failed to heed his call for help.
