Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi has shared her encounter with a shady customer.

The media personality and busiensswoman narrated how the customer returned a pair of shoes she bought from her after 5 days, claiming she doesn’t like the shoes, and she was given a refund.

Gbemi later saw the customer’s birthday photos and realized she had used the shoes for her birthday photoshoot.

The businesswoman then explained that situations like this, is the reason many businesses insist on no refund or exchange.
