A Ukrainian mum is grateful after reuniting with her son and daughter on the Hungary border.

In a viral video, the elated mum could be seen reuniting with her kids and hugging a stranger (in the yellow jacket) who brought them across the border.

The mother had been out of the country and the father couldn’t cross the border so the stranger offered to take them to safety.

Russia’s invasion of neighboring Ukraine has sparked a massive humanitarian crisis with over 200,000 people fleeing the country in the last two days.
