The Indian embassy in Ukraine has announced that they are making alternative arrangements for evacuation of stranded nationals.

In an advisory issued on Thursday, the Indian Embassy in Kyiv said arrangements were being put in place to evacuate Indian nationals and students to the western part of Ukraine which is relatively safe. The advisory advised the Indian citizens to always be with their passports and necessary documents at all times.
