Nigerian journalist Salim Potter has taken to Twitter to outline the need to marry a kind person, while recounting how his sister’s ex-husband would go through the trash can to count how many sachets of pure water was used daily. 

The journalist who alleged that his sister’s ex-husband hated her family, described him as “controlling and insecure”. 

Salim added that the man would lock his sister in whenever he’s going out, forced her to put all her calls on speaker and also stopped her from going to school. 

The Journalist also revealed his sister has now graduated from the university, done her NYSC and is currently looking for job. He further said they’ve been in court after the man tried kidnapping his daughter’s from his ex-wife’s family house in October 2021.
